The energetic HanSu Dynamites...

Hansu Dynamites classes are for preschoolers from three to six years old.  The classes are designed to build fundamental Taekwondo skills such as standing, basic kicking, aerobic fitness and co-ordination in a safe and fun environment.

Dynamites classes are held twice weekly on Monday and Wednesday from 4:00pm to 4:30pm.  The instructors’ focus is to build self-confidence, develop self-esteem, discipline and to respect all individuals.  Each class is strictly restricted to 30 minutes with each segment of the class lasting between five to seven minutes to coincide with the young student’s attention span.

A typical class consists of stretching and warm up followed by basic kicking, punching and blocking.  Students are shown the application of learned skills, followed by basic practice and non-contact application of self-defence and sparring.  Each class concludes with flying sidekick practice and is the favourite part of the class for all Dynamites.  HanSu Taekwondo is one of a only Taekwondo clubs in that offers this specialised preschooler program.
