 "Be formless... shapeless,

like Water.

If you put water into a cup,

it becomes the cup.

You put water into a bottle;

it becomes the bottle.

You put it into a teapot;

it becomes the teapot.

Water can flow, and it can crash.

Be water, my friend..."

HanSu Taekwondo Strengthens Your Body

a

Taekwondo training helps to stretch muscles and get the body into physical condition to perform the movements of Taekwondo such as kicks, stances, blocks, hand strikes, breathing, rhythm, balance, and much more.  The practice of these exercises and techniques are sharpening the individual's physical condition and thus developing a strong body.

HanSu Taekwondo Develops Your Mind

a

While learning the physical techniques of Taekwondo, the individual is engaged in an intense edification process.  Students learn the mechanical functions of their body and discover what enables it to generate more power.  Students study weak points of their body and are trained on how to protect their vital body areas using the opponent's weak points to defend against attacks.

HanSu Taekwondo Builds Your Spirit

a

The evolution of the spiritual aspect of Taekwondo is achieved only after the physical and mental aspects have begun to develop and take root.  Students that develop the spiritual aspect of Taekwondo have faith in themselves and apply the tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, and an Indomitable Spirit.
